Civil works & building
Turnkey construction of homes, mid-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and corporate space, planned around clear milestones.
General contractor · Since 1998
Design, engineering, and construction under one contract. Fixed-price bids, on-time delivery, and full-time supervision on site.
01 — The firm
We don't outsource the technical call. Structural design, site management, and cost control all happen under our roof, handled by the same team that signs the drawings and hands over the keys.
Since 1998 we've delivered single-family homes, residential buildings, industrial facilities, and corporate work. Every project gets a superintendent assigned to it full time and a weekly progress report for the owner.
02 — Full service
Hiring each trade separately multiplies downtime and blurs accountability. We take on the whole chain.
Turnkey construction of homes, mid-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and corporate space, planned around clear milestones.
Schematic design, construction documents, and permit filing. We'll also build from your architect's drawings.
Analysis and optimization of reinforced concrete and steel structures. Less material, same safety factor, better price.
Plumbing, electrical, fire protection, HVAC, and home automation — coordinated in the model before anyone cuts a wall.
Structural reinforcement, change of use, and additions to existing buildings, with a condition survey up front.
Quality, progress, and pay-application review for owners who already have a builder and want an independent technical eye.
03 — The process
We walk the lot or the existing building, document constraints, and define scope. No charge.
Design proposal, schedule, and a price broken down by trade. What you sign is what you pay.
Structure, MEP, and technical documentation. We file with the city and follow it through approval.
Dedicated superintendent, photo progress report, and a standing weekly meeting with the owner.
Walkthrough with a punch list, maintenance manual, and written warranty on structure and waterproofing.

05 — Why Everlast
Price by trade, signed before we break ground. Any change is priced and approved in writing, so there are no surprises at the end.
We run our own structural calculations. That lets us optimize sections and rebar, cutting cost without touching the safety factor.
A superintendent on site every day, not a visit every other week. Mistakes get caught the day they happen.
Five years on structure and waterproofing, one year on finishes and MEP. Written into the contract.
“They finished two weeks early and the final invoice matched the signed bid to the dollar. That is not common.”
M. Rivas · Andina Development
“The weekly photo report let us follow the build from out of state with complete peace of mind.”
L. Ferreira · Homeowner
“They redesigned the structure and saved us 11% on concrete while keeping the calculations fully documented.”
J. Salas · Meridian Group

Go to contactIt depends on finish level, structural complexity, and the site itself. After the walkthrough we give you a reference range within 48 hours and, once schematic design is approved, a fixed price broken down by trade.
A single-family home typically runs 8 to 12 months from groundbreaking; a mid-rise building, 16 to 24. The milestone schedule is signed together with the contract.
Yes. We can execute someone else's design after reviewing the structure and MEP, or handle the design ourselves. Both are routine for us.
Yes. We prepare and file the technical documentation with the city and any agency involved, and follow it through to approval.
We issue a change order with its cost and its schedule impact. Nothing gets built without your signed approval, which is how the budget stays under control.
